Meet the Athletic Department

Lizanne (Tiz) Mulligan, Director of Athletics

Tiz attended Kent School, Kent CT where she played basketball and softball serving as captain for both her senior year. She was a founding rower for the girls' crew program and rowed in the first boat for three years.
She earned a B.S. in Health, Recreation and Physical Education from Ursinus College. Tiz coached field hockey, basketball and lacrosse for ten years at Kent School. She was a founding member of the first girls' basketball league, WNEPSGBA and earned two league championships. In her final year at Kent, she led the varsity lacrosse program to a fourth place finish in New England. She coached soccer and basketball in local, travel, and Division I programs for twelve years.
As well, Tiz founded a lacrosse program for girls in her community and coached for four years.

Kati Eggert, Assistant Director of Athletics

Kati graduated from Drew University, where she competed each season as a Ranger Bear in field hockey, swimming, and softball. During her senior year, she captained her field hockey team and served as a co-captain in swimming.
She earned Regional All-American and the Landmark Conference Offensive Player of the Year in field hockey and was named her team MVP in both field hockey and softball. She was a Landmark All-Conference selection and All-Academic Award recipient for all three sports and was named the NJAIA Woman of the Year and Drew's Female Athlete of the Year in 2011. Kati graduated from Drew with a degree in Art and a certification in Secondary Education from the College of St. Elizabeth.
In 2014 she earned her Master's in Sports Management and certificate of Athletic Administration from SNHU.

Allison Standish, Interim Athletic Trainer

Allison joined the Wildcats in the end of Fall of 2016 as Westover’s Interim Athletic Trainer. She graduated from Plymouth State University in Plymouth, NH. in May 2014 and became a certified athletic trainer (ATC). After graduating from college she did a 9-month long internship from August 2014-May 2015 at St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, NY taking care of all Men and Women's Division II collegiate athletes. Since Fall 2015, she has been pursuing her Masters of Exercise Science with a concentration in Sport Psychology at Southern Connecticut State University, which she will complete in May 2017. Her other employment includes Access Rehabilitation Center working with Naugatuck High School. She is certified in First Aid/CPR/AED and a member of the National Athletic Trainer's Association (NATA).
