The Wildcats fell behind to Canterbury this afternoon in the first half and were not able to catch up. Canterbury controlled much of the first half. Westover was unable to generate any offensive attack and Canterbury found the back of the net twice before halftime. The Wildcats came out of halftime a changed team. They controlled the play, dominating on attack and limiting Canterbury's scoring opportunities. Westover earned several penalty corners and although they were not able to slip one past Canterbury's goalie, they put up a good fight and were able to keep the opponent scoreless in the second half. Senior captain Anna Eggert had an excellent game in the midfield and junior Tora Coursey played a strong game on attack. Senior goalkeeper Rose Bradley had another solid game in net with 16 saves.
