The purpose of the JV lacrosse program is to teach the girls the sport of lacrosse and the fundamental elements of the game. The girls learn the essential skills of catching, throwing, cradling, and dodging. Through practices and competition, the girls gain confidence in themselves as players, the ability to work as a team, as well as strategies to succeed in games and ultimately transition to the varsity level of competition.
The 2017 JV lacrosse roster consists of twelve players, of which three are returners. The 2017 JV lacrosse team is coached by Sam Mallette in her third season.
