Clubs & Organizations
Clubs & Organizations

At Westover, clubs emerge from the passions and interests of our student body. This process begins when a student has a compelling idea and wishes to share this interest with our vibrant community. The first steps to manifesting their vision involve crafting a proposal and finding a supportive faculty advisor to guide them.

Once the club concept is solidified and approved, it's opened to the entire student population, providing an opportunity for others to sign up and participate. Club meetings occur during a dedicated 'Clubs and Activities' block every Thursday, following a rotational schedule that keeps the engagement dynamic and inclusive

The beauty of this club formation process is that it is entirely student-driven. Any student, regardless of year level, can introduce a new club. This encourages a constantly evolving list of clubs year after year, reflecting the ever-changing interests of our diverse student community.

Throughout the year, these groups sponsor special events and activities for our students' and the public's enjoyment and enlightenment.
