Move Out Information for Boarding Students

As you are planning to move out your boarders on June 1 following the Graduation Ceremony, please keep in mind the following information:

- Westover Way and South Street spots along the wall will be closed to all vehicles until 1 pm on June 1. At 1 pm after the Graduation Ceremony ends, Westover Way and South Street spots will open for temporary move-out parking only.

- If you are loading you vehicle on Westover Way, please pull all the way up to the designated spot where directed. One driver must stay with the vehicle at all times. Adults and student leaders will be available to assist with the moving of belongings to speed up the process.

- Temporary parking will also be available on South Street for students living in the west part of the dormitory. One driver must stay with the vehicle at all times on South Street as well.

- In order to ensure a smooth move-out for all of our students, it is imperative that before pulling into a temporary parking spot, the boarding student be completely packed and items are ready to be loaded into the vehicle. Vehicles that are not being actively loaded may be asked to relocate until the student is ready.

- Before departing campus with your student, please make sure they have checked out with a member of the Residential Life staff.

- If your student will be traveling on their own at the conclusion of the school year via Westover-coordinated transportation or another host pick-up, they will be picked up in Chapel Circle and should be prepared with all of their items to load into the vehicle at their designated pick-up time.

- All students must check out in person with a member of the Residential Life staff prior to departing campus.
