5/13 Hopkins Invitational - (Running events scored only)
Wildcats Track had an exciting meet at the Hopkins Invitational filled with strong performances, relay success, and an impressive number of personal bests. The Wildcats were led by a first-place finish in the 4x100m relay as Ariel, Kemora, Jerrianne, and Sofie raced to victory in 58:53 time. Ariel earned personal bests in both the 100m and 400m, while Xiaoyan, D’Shawna, Kacie, Kennedy, Juanita, Georgia, Nina, Jerrianne, Dora, Josie, and Dayana all added new personal best performances during the meet.
The sprint group continued to show depth with strong races from Sofie and Nadia, while Dori led the distance crew with a 4th-place finish in the 1500m. As the season begins to wind down, the Wildcats continue to show how much they’ve grown through their hard work, confidence, and willingness to step up for one another. Go Wildcats!
