About our Facilitators:
Charlotte Beyer, Westover Class of 1965 (her 60th reunion!) is the Founder of Principle Quest Foundation and the Founder of the Institute for Private Investors. Charlotte spent her career as an entrepreneur supporting private wealth management and innovative education and mentoring programs for women with a focus on gender equity and racial justice. Charlotte has served Westover as a volunteer, a Governor, and is Trustee Emerita.
Tatiana DaSilva, Esq. is a partner with the firm of Cohen and Wolf, P.C. where she represents individual clients looking to develop and implement estate plans that preserve and transmit assets while meeting personal and family goals. In addition to her experience in estate planning and estate administration, Tatiana assists her clients in navigating elder law issues, such as conservatorships, supplemental needs trusts, and Medicaid applications. She is in the Westover Class of 2007 and a member of the Board of Trustees.
Emilie Dufour is in the Class of 2004 at Westover and a Leadership Giving Officer at Yale University. Emilie helps donors match their passion with philanthropy and is an expert on current and planned giving vehicles that can maximize an investor’s goals. She is a member of Westover’s Hillard Society for Planned Giving, and a loyal donor.
Domenique Harrison MPH, LMFT, LPCC, a proud 2008 graduate of Westover School, serves as the President of the Board of Governors and an ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees. She is the founder of The Racial Equity Therapist ®, where she brings her passion for justice, relational health, and living with integrity to her therapy practice. As a licensed psychotherapist and small business entrepreneur, Domenique focuses on mental wellness, healthy risk-taking, and helping people build authentic connections, all while navigating life’s complexities with resilience and purpose.
Following a career as a wholesale designer and a Collections Coordinator at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Deb Lippincott, Westover Class of 1972, is the founder of DeBeau Services, specializing in interior design, home staging, and move management, helping seniors move to retirement communities. Deb is a co-founder of the Orrery Society, dedicated to raising funds for scholarly works at Penn Libraries. She’s also an avid gardener.
Dr. Catherine Stines is the Associate Head of School at Westover where she is a member of the senior leadership team; playing a central role in school leadership and administration of the educational program, bridging curricular, co-curricular, and operational goals at Westover. She is a strategic thought partner and a highly visible presence in the school, helping to shape the day-to-day implementation of the school’s philosophy, long-term planning, curricular design, and strategic initiatives. Catherine is tasked with helping Westover to define a robust educational identity, combining longstanding and proven tradition with new and innovative ideas. Catherine has a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Management from Drexel University and a master's degree in Education from Arcadia University. She is a community builder and mission-driven educator. She is endlessly creative and can often be found planning her wedding, playing with a dog, cooking new recipes, or writing her book.
