HVAL Invitational
The Wildcats had an outstanding showing on Wednesday at the HVAL Invitational!
Sofie led the way with a 1st-place finish in the 100 and 2nd in the 200, earning a PR in the 200. Kacie took 3rd in the 100 and hit PRs in both the 100 and 200. Ariel placed 2nd in the 400 and 4th in the 100 with a PR, while Nina had a fantastic meet with PRs in all three of her events. Dori added a strong PR in the 3000m.
Nadia, D’Shawna, Jerrianne, Dayana, Kennedy, Xiaoyan, Dora, and Josie all recorded personal bests as well. This was an incredible team effort! The 4x100 relay team of Kemora, Ariel, Jerrianne, and Sofie raced to a 2nd-place finish.
Juanita and Jerrianne also stepped in to help lead off and anchor the 4x400 relay, bringing real value and strength to the race.
Such a strong outing for the Wildcats!
