Westover vs. Hopkins

The Wildcats came out fired up for their home opener against Hopkins, setting the tone early with energy, grit and effort. In goal, Lilly was an absolute wall, racking up an impressive 17 saves and keeping the Wildcats in control throughout the game. On the defensive end, Kailin led the charge with relentless ground ball battles and tough, physical defense, while Kershelle backed it up with strong play on both ends of the field. Isabell also stepped up big, putting in the work on ground balls and helping maintain possession when it mattered most. At the draw, Lisa dominated, controlling the tempo with 5 draw controls and consistently giving the Wildcats the advantage. That control transitioned smoothly into offense, where Sissi showed patience and composure, handling the ball with confidence and setting up smart plays.
Offensively, Emma delivered a standout performance, leading the charge with 2 goals and making her presence felt all game. Genesis added to the scoreboard with a strong performance of her own, while Daphne put in the gritty work on ground balls, helping the team win key possessions and keep the pressure on.
