Westover vs. Williams

Final score doesn’t tell the story, the Wildcats battled hard all game long.
Lily was an absolute wall in goal with 9 saves, keeping us fighting every minute. Milan and Emma I. anchored the defense and made life tough causing huge turnovers. Kershelle and Daphne teamed up on defense making it difficult for the Blues. Ailyn put in a gritty defensive effort and came up with a key ground ball. Emma M. brought her usual high energy, leading the team with 4 ground balls. Kailin stayed confident and aggressive with 3 ground balls, pushing transition and driving play forward. Isabell added 2 ground balls, and Lisa chipped in with a goal. Sissi and Genesis fought for every loose ball on offense.
Third game this week and no quit in this group — effort, toughness, and heart were there from start to finish. We keep building.
