Westover vs. Christian Heritage

In a game defined less by the scoreboard and more by resilience, the Wildcats battled through relentless rain and tough competition, refusing to back down until the final horn sounded. Despite facing a dominant opponent, the team showed toughness, energy, and determination from start to finish.
Offensively, Lisa led the Wildcats with two goals, continuing to spark the attack even under difficult weather conditions. Every possession was hard-earned on the slippery turf, but the Wildcats continued to push forward and compete.
Goalkeeper Lilly delivered one of the strongest performances of the night, recording an impressive 15 saves while standing tall under constant pressure. Time after time, she came through with key stops that kept the Wildcats battling throughout the contest.
At midfield, Isabell controlled the pace with four draw control wins, proving to be a dominant force in transition and helping the Wildcats fight for possession all game long. Stella also contributed on the draw while adding an interception and a ground ball in a strong all-around effort.
Defensively, Xuyani stepped up with a huge performance, collecting two critical ground balls and helping anchor the Wildcats against a relentless offensive attack. Milan and Daphne also turned in big defensive performances, battling through the rain and offensive pressure with relentless effort and physical play.
Sissi and Sophia each contributed as well, helping maintain the team’s intensity and effort throughout the game.
While the conditions were challenging and the matchup difficult, the Wildcats never stopped competing. From the opening whistle to the final horn, the team fought together, supported one another, and showed the kind of heart that defines Wildcats lacrosse.
