  • Schedule a conference with your student's teachers

    To schedule conferences with classroom teachers, please click here. Conferences are 10 minutes in length and can be virtual or in-person. Family members in need of a Mandarin translator should sign up for conferences on Saturday between 9:00AM and 11:00AM. Translation services will require more time; thus, those families are encouraged to request back-to-back conferences with the same teacher. Pick-A-Time scheduling will close on XYZ.
    • Choose “Virtual” or “In-person” and select from the two provided dates on the blue calendar image (October 10,11).
    • Check the box next to the faculty member to see their schedule.
    • Click on the colored box in the table to book your preferred time slot.
    • Fill out the fields on the booking page.
    • Optional: Check the box next to “Add this appointment to my calendar.”
    • Should you have any challenges with online bookings, please reach out to the teacher directly to make an appointment
